With Express Schedule, you can forget the old-fashioned ways of writing schedules for your staff. Taking your work on the go has become the norm in today’s society and with this scheduling software, it is easy to accommodate your employees’ requests, sick leaves, and sharing your schedules all while on the go!

Accommodating Your Employees

Some business owners may argue that keeping your employees happy is crucial to your business success. With Express Schedule, you can accommodate your employees’ desired schedules and make reminders of their availability.

To begin using Express Schedule, download the free software and begin by adding your staff. Add comments to your schedule to help remind you of important events or warnings such as overtime watch.

Simply right-click on the day you would like to create a comment and select “Add Comment.”
These comments can easily be passed on to future schedules as well:


Add Sick Leave

Another great feature on Express Schedule is adding sick leave to your schedules, this also allows for employers to add vacation time, and maternity leave.
To add desired time off, sick, or paid leave select: “Time Off” and click on “Add Time Off”

The following screen will be prompted:

Share Your Schedule

Once finished with your schedule, it is easy to share with your fellow employees. Under “More Actions” choose to print or email your schedule, it is that simple!

How to Create a Disc Menu Using Express Burn

If you are looking for a way to make your homemade discs appear more professional, look no further than Express Burn. With Express Burn it is easy to create and record discs, and now you can also add a professional touch by adding a disc menu at the beginning of your featured presentation. This menu will be the center point of your movie and will be the first screen your audience sees when you begin to play your disc.

The process is quick and simple; begin by downloading Express Burn. Once the software has installed, open it and select the type of disc you would like to burn:
You can create a disc menu from both the DVD and Blu-ray options. To add your files select the Video Tab and click “Add File(s).”

Creating Your Menu

After you selected the type of disc you will be burning using Express Burn, select the Video Tab and click on “Create Menu”:
The Disc Menu Creator will open.

The Disc Menu Creator is where you can put your creativity to the test. Begin by selecting your desired disc menu template. If you don’t see one you like, you can download new templates by simply clicking on “Check for New Templates”

Next, add a title and subtitle to your menu. Express Burn allows for different alignment of these titles; you can place them left, right, or center.


Express Burn allows for you to add your own image to your disc menu. To do this, simply click on “Select custom image for this template” and browse through your photos:
